The heart and soul of the hotel is its spa and wellness department, where guests enjoy a holistic approach to wellness therapy 365 days a year. All treatments are performed directly in the hotel.

Just as exclusive as the hotel is its location at the river Teplá, not far from Carlsbad’s spa pavilion and the drinking colonnades where the 12 healing mineral springs bubble to the Earth’s surface from depths of more than 2 km and at temperatures between 41°C and 73°C. This is the real treasure of Carlsbad, a spa town with centuries of tradition. The wellbeing of our guests is a philosophy in the hotel cuisine as well. “Living it up the healthy way” is the motto that defines the cooperation between the spa department and the kitchen team. Depending on the guest’s therapy, individual menu plans are devised with healthy ingredients for light meals or low-calorie diets. But our chef de cuisine’s Bohemian specialities are worth sinning for, too, as are the coffee and Austrian-style pastries and cakes

Modern standard behind a historic façade The 4-star Superior Dvořák Spa Hotel is housed in a row of six previously separate Art Nouveau buildings which were renovated and merged to form a single 126-room hotel complex. The rooms themselves are appointed with all the standards befitting a 4-star Superior hotel, including bath, WC, direct-dial telephone, satellite and pay TV, and feature a minibar, hairdryer, individual climate control and in-room safe as well as computer, fax and internet capabilities. Healthy and fit from A to Z
Carlsbad owes its worldwide renown to its mineral springs, which already centuries ago helped make the town one of Central Europe’s most famous spa resorts. The in-house spa physician and his team work together with the guests to create a personalised spa and diet programme aimed at improving the body’s ability to take on nutrients and to stimulate the body’s metabolism, detoxification processes and self-cleansing ability. Indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and fitness studio invite you to give your body some physical exercise.
